The set up and space of the room were good for our family.
Negatives:
There was cock roach powder in every corner of the suite. There were cockroaches in the room. The hide a bed had no sheets or blankets and the mattress on it was stained with blood and urine. The stove in the room was filthy. The shower curtain was moldy. It just needs someone to take some pride in it and clean it up a little bit.

Negatives:
Checking into our room #405. My wife started sanitizing and cleaning. My wife seen black streaks of smut on the sheets. We agreed to buy our own sheets, and then she screamed roaches. So, we bought raid-roach spray and new sheets. I needed to use the oven and the draw for silverware blocked the oven door from coming opened. Thank God we bought new sheets because that morning we seen a bed-bug, and that took the cake for us. We packed up so fast and checked out without getting a total refund. They said, it was nothing they could do about it without the manager approval. My wife and I have video footage of everything thats alleged to prove this fact moving forward. I reached out to the Suburban Studio again and no results on our refund. Today is the 9/4/2023. We are still trying to get our total refund. On 8/31/2023 we checked in and 9/1/2023 we checked out due to the horrible conditions. I will call back later today about our total refund considering this nightmare that we have video footage to prove our brief visit on this property.
