We stayed for two nights and both mornings the breakfast food was cold. When entering our room I went to use the restroom and there was a wad of toilet paper behind the door with a bug smashed in it.

Shower head was mounted at waist level and pointed only at the shower curtain at knee level. Made for a cold, uncomfortable shower.
