Under renovation, Materials everywhere. Workers using the elevator. I asked for a first floor room a week before we came, but was told there weren't available when we arrived. The work is shoddy and not quality.

dirty room, dirty bathroom. When asking to have sheets changed I was given 2 sets of sheets. Housekeeping would not change. Spoke to assistant manager next morning and was told I should have asked for a different room.. Ummm, shouldn't that be offered by staff...if one was available? total remodel on facility is currently being done. Was going to stay a second night as we were dealing with small, sick children at the children's hospital, however, we chose instead to just drive back home. Very sad since this was not our first stay there.
