Arrived at 5 pm and room was not ready. Family of 4 and only 2 washcloths. Checked at front desk for washcloths and was told none available due to short staff but they would try to find some. Never got any. No bedding for the pull out our sofa. Used our own blankets. Carpet was sticky. Breakfast was sparse. Went down at 7:30 and already out of milk

the breakfast was ok, there was alot of selections; however, the selections weren't really anything that I ate....i usually settled for a bagel and banana but i did appreciate the fact that there was even that!

my key never worked to the side door entrance coming in from the pool so we had to walk around the building each time - took away from the convenience of having it - the sliding door in my bathroom didn't close all the way and it was very very hard to even get shut as far as it would go

The pool was closed both days due to maintenance. The breakfast area was not well maintained and was dirty. I did not realize that I could get a military discount on my Booking.com account. The Fairfield hotel had no problem adjusting my bill upon arrival, but the HOME 2 SUITES BY HILTON said they could not make an adjustment because they were fully booked and could not access the discount. Is there any way you can adjust it on your end? Also, since I do all of my bookings thru you, can you tell me how to request the discount for future bookings? I am enrolled in ID ME if you need any info regarding this request. Thank you for your consideration regarding this request.

We loved the location and how clean the room was.

We did not like the breakfast. The price we paid for our stay there, we were expecting a much better breakfast. Not only were the breakfast bowls not good, but every banana I picked up was rotten and I ended up throwing it away. Also, the sheets and spread were not of good value at all. Furthermore, the housekeeper skipped over our room and we had to go find her and get new towels. Last, were still not sure what caused the fire alarm to go off and wake us up at 6am that Friday morning. It could have all been much better, and I dont believe we would spend that kind of money again for the service received.
