Location right off the interstate.
Negatives:
Air conditioning not working. I made several calls to the front desk. A staff employee not a maintenance staff member was sent to the room. I was up until 1:30- 2:00 a.m. dealing with this problem. Hotel manager didn’t feel the need to give me a refund for this problem that was not caused by myself. I was offered another room. However, it was not a 2 bedroom queen suite that I initially reserved. Are the air units not checked prior to checking guest in? It was the worst hotel experience I’ve had.
