I booked 2 rooms and they only showed 1 room but they were able to get another one which we had to wait for to get the room cleaned. The reservation was made through booking. Com. It just was just a disappointment since we travel from Kentucky to Alabama with a toddler and infant . A emotional trip to see my grandson deploy to Poland

It is a very convenient location. Comfy bed.
Negatives:
Not a lot of parking. Room was hot and the thermostat on the wall was not working properly. Luckily, we were on the 3rd floor so we opened the window (yes, the 3rd floor windows open all the way) so that we could sleep comfortably. Tried to take a shower on 2 separate occasions and no hot water, not even warm. Lastly, could not even get a cup of coffee in the lobby without paying $11.50 for the breakfast, which we were not eating.

I appreciated that dinner was available in the hotel. Everyone seemed to be glad that I had arrived and the chef/staff were very happy to give me dinner to take to my room. I was made welcome!
Negatives:
Need more real coffee in the room with more real sugar and real cream.

The Room was spacious and Comfortable. the bed was comfortable. the internet was very good.
Negatives:
The rooms are outdated. We stayed here about 15 years ago and it has the same furniture. We were there from Friday to Monday and we got no room service or cleaning. Someone was smoking in one of the rooms and got into the hall way and into our room. Not a good smell.
