Positives: location
Negatives: upon arrival police were being called. woman was being hit in the parking in the lot. Hotel was being painted. no where to park. (over spray)clerk ignored us while on phone with police. no other clerk to help. clerk stated "its always something here". Our refrigerator had no knob to up the temp. Employee came to look at the fridge, stated "its on." Our food spoiled, Lobby area had heavy pot smell that hit you in the face upon arrival. Sheets were not changed, Beds sloppily re made.

Positives: It was easy to check in and our room was easily accessible
Negatives: We walked in and the room smelled like green apples and really dirty feet. They had put in some Glade plug-ins to try and cover up the scent in there. We had to get to a concert soon so we didn't ask to switch rooms. We just didn't have time. When we went to the show, we could smell the room on us the whole time. We tried to air it out for about an hour before we left for the show, but it was embedded in the room. When we got back, we had to sleep in that smell all night. When we got home, I had to wash everything including my overnight bag to get the smell out. We went to the front desk to check out afterwards and the person apologized but did not offer to do anything else for us.
