Comfort Inn Camp Verde I-17

Negatives: The pool was not open even though on the website it says it is. I heard 4 different stories as to why that was. Guest laundry only had 1 functioning washer and all of the ice machines were put or order.

Negatives: We decided to book this hotel primarily because of its facilities, especially the pool and jacuzzi, which we were looking forward to enjoying during our stay. However, upon arrival, we were unpleasantly surprised to be informed that the pool was closed for maintenance. Although we were told it was for maintenance, it seemed like it had been closed for quite some time, as there were no signs of recent activity in that area. Furthermore, the breakfast offered left much to be desired. It consisted only of bread, muffins, yogurts, and coffee. There were no options for a hot breakfast, as we were informed that there was no staff available to cook. This lack of variety and quality in the food was disappointing, especially considering that breakfast is usually an important part of the hotel experience. We tried to communicate with the hotel a couple of times before our arrival to get information about the pool, but we never received a response. Upon arrival, the receptionists were also unwilling to address our concerns or find solutions to compensate for the inconveniences. Additionally, we found that the ice cooler in our room was not working properly, and the room temperature was noticeably cold when we arrived, which was not very welcoming. In summary, our experience at this hotel was disappointing and did not meet our expectations. The lack of response to our pre-arrival inquiries, the closed pool, the limited breakfast, and the lack of attention to our complaints during our stay left much to be desired. We do not recommend this hotel to other travelers and hope that they take steps to improve the quality of their services in the future

Negatives: Could not get the tv to work.

Negatives: The hot tub was down for maintenance and the breakfast was absolutely awful. Disgusting eggs and tough sausages. Didnt even have the waffle maker available.

Negatives: You guys need to have more people to clean the rooms and do the beds and take.all the trash from the garbage cans from all over the hotel.

Negatives: This is nothing against Comfort Inn it was my fault that we didn't have a handicap room. I failed my spouse by not requesting a handicap room.

Negatives: My confirmed reservation was canceled a couple of hours before my confirmed arrival time. I was on the road when they called. Camp Verde is in the middle of nowhere so this was bad.
