Positives:
Hazel the front desk worker was extremely rude. She had an attitude and didn't want to do her job when I asked her to explain to me how do I owe 300 dollars worth of pet fees for 7 day stay when the pet fee it 25 dollars per day. She refused. I told her I'm not gonna pay for something she can't explain and asked for the manager. She refused to give me any info for the manager. Then proceeds to threaten me saying she's gonna call the police if I don't pay. Then tells me to wait for management cuz she's not dealing with me. I went back to my room and contacted customer service, finally got in contact with the regional manager. When I went back to the front desk for my reciept I signed not a print out. She called the police and told them I accused her of being racist. Didn't happened. Said I was being belligerent and causing a scene. Then lied to the manager on why she called the police. I seen they had camera right at the desk I ask the manager to watch them. She had just as much of an attitude as the employee saying she don't care what happened I need to leave.
Negatives:
There is absolutely nothing to like about this place. The staff and Manager are extremely rude and should not be in this line of work. Hotels hire anyone and they is zero training for the employees or reprimands when employees are wrong. Both Hazel and the manager need to be retrained or better yet fired for filing a false police report. I've filed formal complaints on Hazel and her Manager.

The location was perfect.

The whole place is run down and full of junkies and druggies. We witnessed several actual drug deals go down in the span of 5 minutes while in the back parking lot.

The place was not clean. The grounds were not clean. The lobby garbage cans overflowed,as employees sat behind the desk without customers. The maintenance man was talking to the office attendant, time best used cleaning would have been better.

It was a good value for the cost of the first night only. The premises were fairly clean and not looking like an abandoned property. The remodeling work done in the interior was tastefully, albeit very cheaply, done and it looks nice for this type of hotel.
Negatives:
I did not like that the rate for the room was increased every day i was there. By the third night there, i was charged more than twice what i paid the first night. I asked about extending my stay for yet one more night due to my work schedule, but then they quoted me a rate of almost three (3) times the rate of the first night!! I would be staying in the same room, same linens same view, and same everything, except the rate was now almost three times as much as three nights ago. That is ridiculous, and so I moved to another hotel that is much closer to work, a much nicer hotel, and I'm paying the same rate of $70/night for the duration of my stay, which is end of May sometime.
