Negatives: The room my friends received was unacceptable and uncomfortable, which made me uncomfortable. If we would have had comparable options, we may have changed hotels. Staff promised a repair that did not occur.

Negatives: Hot tub didnt work. Pool wasnt heated. Pool tiles were in bad shape and leaves werent cleaned out. It wasnt a make or break, but we were looking forward to swimming. It was too unkempt and broken for us. Breakfast location was very inconvenient.
