After Monday, May 13th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Phoenix), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after May 13, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Positives: It was clean and the front desk were so nice and very amiable. I like more than one sheet, blanket and bed spread. I am used to sleeping with a comforter but and they got me an extra blanket when asked. There was plenty of clean towels and pillows.

Positives: Great location. Clean linen. Had a problem with the room. However the next morning the Manager was courteous and took care of the problem.

Negatives: The room was full of some powder. No pillow cases. Found dead roaches. The next morning I found out that the powder was from fumigation that was done on Friday before my stay and the room should have never rent it it.
