The customer service was outstanding. My daughter and I had a problem (nothing to do with the hotel ) and hotel employee at the front desk was incredibly helpful as we managed our way through our personal problems. We would definitely stay there again

Clean and quiet, just the way we like it!! We had a very relaxing stay. Friendly front desk staff.

The front desk staff were super friendly!! Evening and daytime staff.
I ran into one cleaning lady (more than once) who wouldn't say hi, wouldn't look me in the eye and wouldn't even crack a smile. I'm sorry if it was just a bad day, but I don't think that was it, as she had perfected her resting "b.... face".
Other than that, we had a real nice stay!!

The property seems old and run down a bit. I felt like breakfast items could have been upgraded a little. The area was a little industrial and I felt a little unsure walking in the mornings. I think the overall hotel could use a nice refresher!

It suited my needs for what I was there for, and with a little TLC, I could enjoy my stay more.

I couldnt get in the first room they gave me. So they got me a new room. So my bathtub did not drain and it smelt like something was brunt in my room.
