Room was quite 2nd floor at one end of the hall. Secure and great dinner next door that served basic and reasonable meals with good service.

Occasional toilet blocking issues that seemed further downline... stayed there for a week last 4 x days the coffee machine was broken no hot water nothing provided as an option.. admin staff pretty "dont want to make eye contact' types...

Setting nights that we were going to stay was really difficult. We didn't have a room for the last night we were there. They don't go based off of the night you'll be there. It's weird. Make sure to call.

Need security on property there was group of people making noises, talking way pass 2 am morning.. plus the TV in the room wasn’t working right the first day and second day the picture blew out..also I had requested for rooms close together because of my grandkids but the front desk clerk told us they didn’t have any.

I enjoyed my stay, I had breakfast once there, but I enjoyed the fresh cookies on the way out the door. My room was clean, and the service was great, I had a very good conversation with one of the ladies at checkin. The first night slept with thin sheet on bed. the next day I asked for a thicker blanket on the way out the door. When I came back it was waiting for me.

There was alitte confusion, I ended up at the other Best Western for checkin on the side of the mall
