Staff was very friendly! The free breakfast was delicious and had a good variety not just packed cereal and breads like most.
Negatives:
We had to take a last minute trip due to a family emergency and got there late that night and the lobby was dark and locked. I thought I wasn’t going to be able to check in. But the nice lady that worked there unlocked the doors and got us checked in right away!

My boss booked me a room on booking.com cause I always stay at la Quinta, I immediately went in to check in and they said I needed the credit card for a deposit, when website said paid all. I always travel every week and only stay at La Quinta, this property was the only one who's ever done that, lady at desk was rude and couldn't get a refund for something that wasn't said at time of booking, room was reserved for 10 minutes and they wouldn't refund my boss. This place is a rip off stealing from hard working people, I will review as much as possible and do my best to steer others from doing business with this place and possibly getting stolen from also. It's not right and neither is this properties standards of customer service

There were no USB ports in the room.
I was charged by the hotel for my dog. I click on "Pet Friendly" ( on the Booking app) to signify my dog would be with me. Doesn't that tell Booking that there is an animal?

The clerk had attitude the 3rd party stated no hidden fees when I got there and checked in was charged $150 deposit clerk disclosed deposit would be released upon check out and it is not true maybe information needs to be more clear
