I paid for the room as I have many times and the clerk refused to let me stay because my name didn't exactly match. I've used my name as was every time. But this time she had a major attitude problem.

The front desk showed lack of customer service, not showing slight interest in trying to help out when trying to figure out 3rd booking party. Ray was very cold and didn't even acknowledge that I was there when she saw me approach the front desk. She had a slight attitude and gave me a dirty look as if i wasn't welcome. The security guard was very polite and respectful.
The room 227 was unclean, stunk like cigarette smoke and muggy. The tub had rust stains and dried old hair in the drain. Carpet old including the hallway porch (it was lifted and coming apart, safety Hazzard).
The facility in all was very dirty with trash and cigarette buds all over the parking lot.

It had a nice pool and spa, that was about it.
Negatives:
Drug addicts everywhere. The rooms smelled really bad. It was in a very bad area. The manager was beating someone in her room 265. She said her grandkids broke her laptop. I stayed there 4 days and not once did I see a child come out of that room. Just a man, and then that lady. I called the front desk with no answer. Then an employee came by and I said something to him and he proceeded to tell me that was the manager and don’t worry about it. I said I can’t ignore it someone is beating somebody next door. You could hear screaming and crying and breaking stuff for like and hour. Then when I said something the manager came out and basically said I’m kicking you out at 6 a.m. I said for what? Speaking the truth? It got so bad I had an anxiety attack and just left. I paid for that day about 4 hours before and then checked out and left. Normally I don’t leave bad reviews, and the security guard and many of the staff were polite and kind. But that manager is Jezebel. I should have called the police. Then employee that told me to not worry about it told me, “she was friends with the police,” so I guess that means we can break the law without regard?
