Positives:
The carpet was disgusting in my room I can't believe I spent --- bucks to stay there
Negatives:
Carpet 3 Rd floor yuck
Positives:
The breakfast bar was clean and was well ran
Negatives:
Worn out facility in terms of room maintenance. Extremely stained carpets. Dirty old couch, etc.
Positives:
The location. 15 minutes from where we needed to be. The staff was friendly.
Negatives:
The room carpet was filthy! Stains everywhere. There was no blanket for the sofa bed, so we used one from the king size bed after being told someone would bring one up. Breakfast was okay.
Negatives:
A number of electric outlets didn't work. Stains on the carpets in the hallways, the room and furniture. Dingy. Past due for a refresh.
Negatives:
Hard to get too - a lot of the electrical plugs didn't work - stained carpets - generally tired. TIME FOR A REFRESH
Positives:
Location and Staff
Negatives:
Rooms need an update, the hotel looks old and need a refreshing renovation
Positives:
The room was spacious and had a sitting area.
Negatives:
The breakfast area was small, chaotic, crowded, and like a zoo. One did not know what to expect for breakfast as it appeared to change during the course of the morning. The inconsistency. One day we went down early to avoid the rush and there was only a selection of cold foods. However, when we came back from our walk, we could smell the bacon and eggs.
The next day we tried going down a little bit later only to find that all the hot food dishes were empty. The third morning, we ended up skipping breakfast because there was no where to sit and people had started eating over the food in the food area. This was the absolute worst breakfast experience that we had during our 30 day road trip.
Review
The fitness room was good, room was comfortable, nothing positive about the breakfast area
Positives:
Staff was friendly, coffee was good at the breakfast. It was quiet and calm.
Negatives:
Rooms did not have microwaves. Ice machines were pretty remote. Everything is pretty old.
Positives:
Customer service and breakfast
Negatives:
Room floor was nasty

Overall okay
Positives:
The breakfast bar needed a check by health department. It was much worse on the two days a young school group was there, but never looked safe to say in the four nights we were there.
Negatives:
The fact no one ever came to our room in four days to replace towels, straighten bed or even empty trash. We were told they were short handed and to come to the front desk to get fresh towels.
Review
The worst part of our two week trip to visit grandson at Grand Canyon University
Positives:

Negatives:
I had to wait an hour because my room wasnt clean when i got there at 4pm

Very good
Positives:
The lady that was checking us in and working the bar was wonderful.
Negatives:
Rooms were discusting. Pulled the hidabed out and it had food stuck to the mattress, candy wrappers with some kind of candy in stuck to the pillows. Sheets were dirty on the bed. Air conditioner was broken. No toilet paper. Missing extra towels only one towel in the room. No extra sheets to put on the Hidabed. Hand prints all over the mirrors. When called down to get TP and towels was informed that was no one else in the building to give the stuff needed. Breakfast area was dirty and no food the 3 times I went down to eat.

Dirtest hotel I have ever stayed at. Rooms and facility was disgusting.
Positives:
I didnt like anything about this location. They need to shut it down or remodel. The rooms are absolutely horrible. Couches are dirty with stains all over them and so is the thought the tub had red blood stains or whatever on them holes in the carpet and not to mention the staff was just as rude.
