Negatives: Location is not safe at all. Some people staying at the hotel were walking around with their pistol and looks like doing the criminal activities

Negatives: Mold in bathroom

Negatives: That thair are all kinds of sketchy people wandering around the property my.girl couldn't go to ice machine with out getting proplosioned or asked for money witch surprised me being the hotel not that chwap

Negatives: This will give me PTSD for the longest time for sure. Rooms were nothing like they show in pictures. Booking.com should be ashamed to even list this property on their website. First room we went in had no running AC and it was over 80 degrees F. Then they moved us to another room, which was missing A microwave, A refrigerator which BTW both were advertised that they come with the room. Upon our call, one of the employee brought these two things in the room. Then horror continued with filthy disgusting bedding. It had hairs something small black thing which i dont know what it was. Chair in that room looked like some one threw up on it and was never got cleaned, it literally had stains on the arms / leg of the chair. Bathroom was missing garbage bin let alone a liner. We called front desk and asked to cancel our stay and give us refund which they said they did, i cant confirm yet because transaction from CC is still shows pending. But i didn’t want to stay any more minute and then we made few calls in emergency to other nearby hotels and luckily got a room in one of the hotel which was 1000 times better than this abomination. we spent rest of the day looking for rooms in other hotels instead of doing what we had actually planned to do this day. All excitement of visiting AZ was gone in that moment.

Negatives: The room smelled like it was saturated and cat urine. You could see the dirt all over the walls. My feet stuck to the floor. There was dead bugs on the towels in the door didn’t actually close all the way. I paid in advance for a week And ended up checking out the same day I checked in. And then I waited now over a week for a callback from management. I have called multiple times and left multiple messages both on voicemail and with other staff members and never heard a peep back don’t waste your time trying to stay here. It was genuinely disgusting.

Negatives: Everything. The room we got originally didn’t have working AC, the floors and room was pretty nasty, we were missing lightbulbs to the lighting fixtures, we didn’t have a trash can/microwave/mini fridge/etc. , and there was no lock on the window that could be opened from the outside. The window was the size of a crawl space and someone could have easily gotten in and stole any of our items. There is a security guard circling the premises at night looking into every single room, which I have never even heard of until this stay. Overall a terrible experience that wasn’t worth the money or time. They did put us into a different room that had working AC and a lock on the window, but it was still just as nasty with a hole in the ceiling above one of the beds due to water damage. I would give it a 0/10 if I could.
