Negatives: Toilet wasn’t cleaned properly. Loud traffic noise from the highway.

Negatives: They don’t serve breakfast

Negatives: The pools were absolutely disgusting. Tons of leaves and vegetation in the pool. And then the card scanner to get in the doors by the pool do not work. I told black front desk girl and she got very offended and quite the attitude and told me to swipe to card over 100x to try to get in next time, "you just have to keep swiping". So I let the manager know the next day about the pool and nothing was ever rectified. I was at the hotel for a week, and the pool was nasty the whole week, no one would ever swim in those pools. They also charge for parking and do not mention this at all when you check in. I had to call after getting a charge to find this out. This hotel is dated, it's the crappiest Sonesta that I've ever been in, I didn't know that they try to convert ran-down hotels into Sonestas. Absolutely insane. The pictures on booking.com must be from the day that it was remodeled, had to be well over 10 years ago because the photos should be considered fraudulent on booking.com. Toilet flushes funny, toaster works 1 out of 30 tries when you slam the handle down and try 3 different outlets, which is a lot more efficient than the card swiper to get into the pool door (100x recommended by Sonesta employee). The hardware on room door including lock, handle, inside door stopper is all really worn out, not up to standards, wobbly crap. If JAson Voorhies was in the hotel, that door is coming down all day-all night baby. The first room that they put me in stunk pretty bad and the windows were unable to be closed allowing a lot of street noise to be heard and the hot air coming in. Had them give me a different room immediately that only stunk about 30% as bad. Only 1 working TV remote for the 2 TV's. This place needs to be bulldozed, bottom line.

Negatives: Wanted King bed got queen.

Negatives: No electricity for the first night, tv wasn’t working properly

Negatives: Noisy.Expecially when a large number of children play around the hall and corridor.

Negatives: The couch in our suite was very dirty and stained. We went to Target and bought a bedcover to cover couch while we were there. There was a moderate stain on living room carpet, which should have been cleaned before we came. The microwave door outer stripping was broken, but the microwave did work.

Negatives: Because of the large amount of traffic you could hear the I-17 at times

Negatives: The hide-a-bed was not comfortable for an adult. The refrigerator was making a lot of noise, but the helpful people at the front desk got us a different room for the remainder of our stay.
