The front staff was rude. We asked for extra sheets for the pull out couch. Apparently there were supposed to be some in the drawers which were not, and the front desk attendant let out a big sigh, and said can you come down and get them? Also breakfast was meh, basic continental.

Loved the mobile check in and mobile room key. There was a free hot breakfast available. Easy and plentiful parking was available. The hotel was new and the rooms were very spacious.

The staff would advise getting rid of B at front desk. Poor customer service unwillingness to help/lift a finger. There visiting family at hospital in last month spent almost $3000 with this hotel and was not willing to remove ridiculous $15 a night “parking fee” for our 2 nights this time. Will not stay here again since moved next 2-3 bookings to a different hotel.
