The staff was heroically amazing. were sking had an emergency lost everything we owned. I called the hotel told them what happened and they literally offered to help us as human beings!BlessYouAll! We felt safe and truly comfy! HOT WATER SHOWERS YES!!!

The Staff was very friendly.

No warm water to take a shower, when we asked about it they told us we needed to let the water run for about an hour then it would be fine. I was also told because of this i would receive a 15% discount on my stay which hasn't happened yet.

construction going on in second floor above my room.pounding and noise going on during day and in early morning hours, impossible to get any sleep.

The staff, evening & morning, were very, very nice & helpful. The room was nicely appointed, furnished. The bathroom showed some signs of wear. Cigarette burn on the tub, but that's what you get when you allow smokers in the world. Carpet was decent.
Negatives:
Tap water had a sulfur smell, but what can a community do? Despite little paper signs saying we should all work to conserve water, the toilet flapper was problematic, allowed leakage unless the flush handle was jiggled after some flushes.

They use extremely strong smelling chemicals to clean the hotel, toxic I might say. TV didnt work till maintenance rebooted it. Ice maker was broken.

This place was a dump. The carpet had a huge pile of leaves inside the front door. The facility is so old it either needs a major overhaul or needs to be torn down. The bathroom was gross. We didn't shower and left at 4 am because it was so stinky
