The rooms were clean. I like that there was a separate room with an extra TV and couch with a fold out bed. The free breakfast was amazing. They went above and beyond with the amount of food for their guests.
Negatives:
I requested for a quiet room, but my location was right near the freeway. I heard loud vehicles all night.
The pool was dirty. I went for the swim the next morning and found a candy bar wrapper and hundreds of dead bugs in the pool.

Rooms were very spacious and clean, restaurant was good. Very convenient location in Tempe. Surprisingly quiet, as it is next to the freeway. Beds were very comfortable. Staff were very nice and helpful.
Negatives:
The water in the shower smelled a little odd, though I'm not sure if that was the hotel or if it was Phoenix. The pillows weren't the best.
