Good news! Before Saturday, May 4th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Phoenix), you may cancel your reservation for a full refund. Between Saturday, May 4th, 2024 at midnight and Sunday, May 5th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Phoenix), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Sunday, May 5th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Phoenix), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after May 5, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Positives: I checked the reviews prior to booking, so I knew to bring an extra pillow. The bed was comfortable and the shower pressure was good. I asked to switch rooms due to noisy neighbors and they accommodated no problem. It is a basic, no frills room and served it's purpose. The staff is great.

Negatives: The walls are thin and you can definitely hear things next door. There are gaps in the front doors, might be uncomfortable in the extreme summer heat. The door has to be slammed shut and is loud.

Positives: This place we great and I was so happy with the full sized fridge and inclusive breakfast. Plumbing in the bathroom was a little janky: toilet was hard to flush and sink knobs were weird and the pool had a lot of silt at the bottom but I really enjoyed my stay regardless.

Positives: Lovely pool and spa, rooms and bedding clean . Great area to stay

Negatives: Told Breakfast till 9.30 am but nothing hot left when we got there before 9. Got some food replaced after having to ask but not everything so disappointed! Room was a bit tired and a broker cupboard door and big mark on the carpet
