Positives:
The location was perfect for the Talking Stick Auditorium and very close to the freeway. The coffee shop across the car park was excellent
Negatives:
The rooms were tired, with dog scratches around the doors and table. The bathroom was stained. The lighting was poor. The swimming pool was inaccessible. There was no coffee or tea in the room. The staff were only available through a grill. The room was expensive!

I've booked previously & THE STAFF never ceases to amaze me. They remember my sons, daughter & I with warm WELCOME BACKS.

There's only 1 microwave & it's located in the laundry room. That disturbed my spirit.

The overnight staff was kind and professional. The staff was unable to accommodate any 1st floor but did mention putting us in one of the cuter rooms. The room was tidy. The hotel itself is located near coffee and fast food restaurants.
Negatives:
Not a fan of pulling up to the motel witnessing one police officer searching an individual while two others stand in the middle of the street gossiping like hens in the way. The room was threadbare, one of the beds was very lumpy, the bathroom and surrounding area had seen better days. My teen asked is it rust or is it blood? The room itself did not offer fresh or modern decor. For example, the seating area was no more than one folding chair in the corner.

NOTHING! Everything was the worse I’ve ever experienced! Still staying to get my refund accommodations even after the hotel had agreed to refund me in full for two nights on two separate bookings both my parents and I had!
