Pool was excellent . Breakfast was ok . would like to see bacon and link sausage as a option as well as more pastry offerings. Restaurant was a real find the staff as well as the chef were very accommodating.
Negatives:
Also the need for more water pressure in a handicap shower is really essential as when sitting down on the bench you barley get a steady stream of water. I recommend removing the water restrictors for the shower heads to allow more water to pass through the head for handicap showers. I have done this in my own personal shower at home and it works great.

Staff were very helpful and from the street, the place looks good.
Negatives:
Plumbing EVERYWHERE was leaking, dripping or running constantly: in the room, in the public bathrooms, etc. Breakfast was included and extremely average: fresh fruit was an apple or banana and the waffle maker was not working and left on the counter, with a sign, for days... we would never stay here again and could never recommend it. Oh, yeah, the attached restaurant was under New Management and the taps didn't work, the menu online was not the menu available at the place and the servers were unusually inattentive.

Location is nice. On site restaurant was good. However, Saturday night we left a function we attended early so we would have time to hang out at the bar/restaurant for a little bit. Unfortunately that night they decided to close early.
Negatives:
This hotel charges a daily resort fee. However, the three times we went to the pool there were never any clean towels. I talked to another family who stayed there last year as well so they just brought their own this time because it was the same thing.
