Positives: Overall property is decent. Ample parking and good location.

Negatives: Washrooms need to be updated - kind of old and grungy. Birds were nesting in the troughs near my room. Although I had a no smoking room, other patron smoking everywhere. Smelled like marijuana around my room all evening. Needs updating and something to be done about separating smokers/drug users from those requesting not.
