The hotel is gorgeous! The decor is hip and trendy. Everything is very clean and like new. The bed was super comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was spa like!

It is in the heart of downtown and it was very, VERY loud making it so hard to sleep. There were nightclubs with thumping music and what sounded like drag racing into the wee hours of the morning. We called down for a noise machine but they were out!

The rooms are amazing, decent size but the bathroom was the best part! Huge bathroom and a huge shower, which had the hardest water pressure I've ever had in a hotel! Which was amazing! Jessica, I believe she's the front desk manager, was great and very helpful! Well def be back

The main thing I didn't like, and trying to find something I didn't like was Kind of hard to do but I didn't like the elevator situation bc you have to go in one elevator from the parking garage up to the lobby, and then go to a second elevator to get to your room! its downtown and anyone can park in that garage, so I understand why they did it! But the 2 main things I didn't like, and this probably isn't with every room but the door to our amazing bathroom was ridiculously loud! To the point we almost asked to switch rooms, it was kind of crazy! It was so loud, you could literally hear it in the hallwaybefore getting into the room! probably more of an annoyance than anything, I could've solved the problem with some wd_40 if I had some but I didn't! And the second thing, there's no microwave 8n the room! Since theres not a free breakfast, it would've been nice to have a microwave! It would've been nice even if they had free breakfast! You don't realize how much you use something, until you can't use it!
