Positives: Overall location is good. Very close to the UofA campus - walking distance for our visit to UofA Room was spacious. We liked the internal atrium. The gym was ok.

Negatives: Extremely Noisy. Room windows are not sound proof. Trucks backed up (reverse) in the middle of the night (after midnight, and even 3am). Trucks make a very loud noise when they back up. Loud party noises late at night - also past midnight. The Hotel is located right behind University Blvd where all the bars and nightlife for UofA is located. Students seem to party right there. Rooms were not sufficiently clean. Beds are too soft Breakfast was not included and it was quite expensive Parking is quite expensive here as if it was in the middle of a large city downtown. Why?

Negatives: BIG PROBLEM. It seems that us who didn’t book directly with the property were assigned rooms over an alley that is loud until 2AM with bar noise…….loud at 4AM with garbage truck back up alarms and dumpsters being emptied for about 45 minutes…….then at 6AM the students from the nearby apartments walk through the alley and are loud…..

Negatives: I had to wait for an hour after my check in hour because no room was ready for me. Also, you pay a decent amount of money (way more than average in Tucson) and breakfast is not included.

Positives: Very convenient location by campus and by restaurants within walking distance.

Negatives: Rude front counter staff, hotel charges for parking on the weekends (Saturday & Sunday) when the parking garage is free parking to the public on the weekends, the hotel room toilets have brown streaks inside the toilet bowl.
