I incurred an expense of $20 for a taxi ride to the hotel due to a two-hour delay with the shuttle service. I, at this moment, request reimbursement for the said expense. Your kind attention and assistance in facilitating the resolution of this matter.

The room and the facility. The setting at the foot of the mountain.
Negatives:
The kitchen. We had a few meals in their restaurant and on all occasions, the food was poorly prepared and presented. Seemed to me like the chef just threw things together and didnt care if the food was cooked correctly and presented in an appetizing wa.
Positives:
Very accommodating for my husbands disability needs. Upgraded us to a ground level room with no steps and ADA parking right outside the door.
Negatives:
A drive and a decent walk to the hot tub. But it was a very nice hot tub and pool area.

Breakfast was the best!!! Every option was great and the prices were fair as well! The bed was phenomenal and I wanted to sleep all day, but it was so pretty there I also wanted to explore! OOOOH and the Bar tender... the one who has a drink named after here... she was the best but so was the bar manager! That was our favorite place to be even when drinks were not being had.
Negatives:
There was a plate left on the patio all weekend and there was a banana peel decomposing.

Wish we never left to eat in town, it has everything you need, stay and embrace the experience.
Positives:
We have stayed on this property multiple times because its in a good location and has great amenities - during this last stay, it was the middle of summer so very few guests but the hotel and restaurant staff were excellent as always.
Negatives:
Spotty to no cell service in the room (not sure if its TMobile) but cell service was fine in dining room.
