It was very clean, I will give them that. It really just needs some maintenance, water faucet in bathroom had such a fine mesh screen you couldn't get any water out of it, the shampoo and soap dispenser in shower was pulling out of the wall, the shower drain was not even mounted, it was loose and flopping around.pillows on the bed were very hard, mattress was hard. Parking lot was so tight you could barely open your door to get out of your car between the car next to you. Breakfast was just a piece of toast and cereal and maybe some juice, but it was clean

We had limited abilities asked for a first floor room none were available. Then we asked if someone could carry our bags up the stairs. The young man smiled and said no. In my opinion that strapping young man could have offered to do it and he would have received a handsome tip. Hospitality!

It was ok for a 1 night stay. Room was clean and had all the amenities. Check-in/out was pretty smooth

Breakfast is kind of non existent... They only offered 1 type of cereals with milk and coffee/tea. Even the waffle machine was broken :D
Not specific to this property, but a general review for Wyndham chains - always disappointing. Over the years, we got robbed at Wyndham in Mexico, got charged for a free parking at Wyndham in Ottawa, did not have any breakfast, which was included in the bill, at Wydham Calgary. I recommend looking at other chains like Hilton. I am definitely not staying in any of the Wyndham hotels anymore.

Breakfast very disappointed. Coffee machine broken, no fruit, toast white bread only. No bagels, muffins, cream cheese, peanut butter. There was a pancake machine which was good.

They said they could not find the reservation that was booked 10 days in advance also the card key wouldn't work

Good location to explore the Grand Canyon and few restaurants in walking distance , easy parking outside of unit .Williams was a nice little town , Safeway grocery store was good for any supplies you needed, but not in walking distance.
Negatives:
Breakfast was average , bathroom could do with a little love , shower handle nearly falling of the wall .
