Motel 6-Youngtown AZ - Phoenix - Sun City

Negatives: There was no breakfast offered. The hotel’s office door was never opened. All interaction with the hotel staff was done (slowly) night and day through the nighttime security drop window located at the side of the office. Gave me the strong impression that this was a very dangerous location and had me very worried about the safety of my vehicle. Over 4 days there was no room service.

Negatives: Everything! Got there, was told they only had 1 room left, which was a smoking room, had no choice but to take the room cause we were traveling with small children. Room key didn't work went back to front office and ALL of sudden she had another room, but it was another SMOKERS ROOM. The room smelled so bad that we took the loss and left the next day. Wasn't told about the train that is right by the hotel that also went by at 1:30am. Had a homeless person walking up and down in front of our room at 4 am. Yelling and cussing called front desk at 4:40am to complain. Our children were terrified! After a long drive and not to be able to even get a decent night of rest because all of the commotion is UNEXCEPTABLE Will not recommend or stay there again. No compensation from either party Booking.com nor Motel 6 property.

Negatives: Very dated furnishings , clean but about 1970’s style. Haven’t seen metal tables and chairs for a long time.
