The best was Maria, the morning manager. She was friendly, encourage me to help myself to breakfast offerings, gave me info about Yuma, helped me with a phone call and offered to call the shuttle. Also, the afternoon manager was helpful.

Many things. This is a rundown hotel, dirty carpet everywhere, paint peeling off the ceiling in both big entry areas, grab and go coffee was a joke, doors were dirty by door handles especially to the bathroom. Wallpaper was peeling off, just very bad co

Way overpriced for what you get. We were here 10 years ago when it was nice. I dont think a penny has been put into it. It looks and is run down. Ice machines dont work on any level. They said they ran out of Kleenexes.

Door scanner was always rejecting my card. On 3rd day they finally sent up technician to fix. It's older hotel. But no weird smells and seemed well maintained. Ice machine on my floor was out of service.

This hotel needs a major updating. Starting with the disgusting dirty carpets, crumbling stucco, peeling wallpaper, cheap decor, ancient TV, stopped up sink, dirty floor in the bathroom, filthy window, and an entry card that didnt work half the time.

air conditioning had a VERY loud noise and kept waking me up during the night. Smell of ozone. Had oral surgery at 7am and was exhausted as we began. Had to drive home to Phoenix solo, under influence of anethesia and lack of sleep. Was not satisfied.

1. Did not offer Free Breakfast as advertised. They said they haven't offered it since 2020 2. Hot Tub broken, pipes broken, didn't offer any bottled water or ANYTHING!! 3. Room key didn't work. 4. Hotel needs a lot of work. I will not visit again.
