Staff very polite.
Negatives:
Had to wait 10 minutes to check us in. Overall, room was clean and comfortable . Bathroom light not working. Window shade broken. Toilet drain slow, almost overflowed.

The front desk clerk was amazing at helping us with TV issues! The breakfast was super and loved the evening cocktail and appetizers. Would definitely stay again!

The bathroom in the 2 bedroompart of our suite had problems with the tub draining. Extremely slow. Same problem with drain in the sink.
Really need to staff properly on weekends when facility is majorly booked. Check -in is almost impossible for 1 person to handle. Personnel on desk was extremely friendly and competent, but when an issue arose, it backed everybody up. Check-ins, room guests, etc.
Floor lamp in living area did not work.
