the checkout is at 12:00 pm, but the room card will be deactivated before the time. don't know why. it happens mutiple times when i moved my staff at around 11:30.

Location was Great! All the staff from front desk to housekeeping to the lady doing the breakfast everyone was very helpful and polite. I greatly appreciate the good customer service.

Great location. The street construction was a bit of an issue getting around but no noise from the room. Time were very clean and the bed was comfortable. Staff was very friendly

TV wasn't working, bed uncomfortable, understaffed with only one person working the front desk and no maintenance worker on the weekend. "leather" on the chairs was peeling off in both rooms.
