No free breakfast. The people forgot to set their clocks ahead. So since I was leaving at 7 I didn't get my breakfast.

The indoor pool and available toiletries were a thoughtful addition.

The sheets were not cleaned properly and cleaning did not refresh our towels in the morning.

We came down Sat at 8:30 to find no cinnamon rolls and very few breakfast items. The hostess said truck hadn't come in that morning. The hotel was almost at full occupancy w a wrestling tournament being held close by. Poor planning on someone's watch!

The location is perfect if you are going to the Little Rock airport. Breakfast was good with Vanessa being a ray of sunshine!

The carpet and tile floors were dirty and stained. We were given 1 bath towel for 2 people and no hand soap. The bed was as hard as a rock not comfortable at all. This facility was not up to the normal Holiday Inn Express standards.

Shuttle had me wait for more than 30 minutes before they pick me up at the airport - I was told 10 minutes. The Shuttle driver over slept the morning we were leaving so they had to call the airport bus to get us to the airport. Never again at this Hotel
