The value was terrible. While the room was nice and breakfast was very convenient, it was definitely not worth $730 for two nights! In comparison, I’m going to Central Europe in two weeks and my stay at luxury hotels in major cities/tourist destinations costs less per night than my stay did at the Embassy Suites in Springdale, Arkansas booked two months in advance.

Reserved two queen beds. Got a suite with one bed and fold out couch. Hot tub was only half full and table legs of furniture very dirty. For the amount we paid for the room was highly disappointed. Won’t be staying there again

Hard to control the temperature of the room. My bathtub was slow draining so showers were scary. I don?t like people entering my room during my stay so mentioned it when I left. ThE parking lot was always full and hard to find a spot.

I went to bar to order food and the bartender was extremely forgetful. Ordered food and an hour later he came back to us to take our order. We were the only ones there for 45 minutes. He just kept walking around like he didn’t have a clue what was going on. Then there was a traveling ball team there playing baseball in the middle of the hotel and the screaming lasted till 1030pm. Very irritating and frustrating. Other than that it was a good stay. Breakfast was delicious, room clean and comfortable.
