The property was outdated, the pillows were super lumpy and the towels were dingy and hard, some of the towels looked like cleaning towels.

There was blood on the lamp shade. They reused our towels by folding back up and putting them on the shelf as if they were changed. The TV didnt work. The beds were filled with dust mites that I and my mother were sick the whole time

Nothing, the property was dirty, the shower and sink would not drain properly. Water was backed up and when front desk was notified they lied and said "someone will come fix it" and never did. Gnats in the room, towels were dirty, floor was dirty that our feet were black once stepped on. Poor customer service. Jacuzzi was cold. Beds would creek with any type of movement. Sheets were dirty

The house keeping staff was very nice and helpful.. the deposit was returned to my account before I even drove away. Over all it was a nice place to stay, definitely worth coming back to.
Negatives:
I was not told about the $150 deposit due at check in The pool was dirty may be because it is right next to the trash so stuff kept flying in the pool. The jacuzzi was not working it was as cold as the pool.

There was a bad odor in the room. I believe it was coming from the drains but staff did try to remedy the issue twice for us.
