After Monday, May 20th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Los Angeles), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after May 20, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 2 days prior to the arrival date will incur the first night's charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur a charge of 100% of the booking value (Hotel policy).

Positives: The Hotel was quiet and employees very nice. even though I did not like the breakfast, it was nice offering. Nicely Located off fwy and 1 exit away from pismo beach area. Colombian coffee was good! Pillows very comfortable.

Negatives: had to call frontdesk bc Shower pushed out cold water. Maintenance guy had to 'JIGGLE' shower knob in order for heat to come. Cobb webs in corner of ceilings, and the breakfast was very low quality...Bacon YUK, Eggs not real :(.

Negatives: Heat for the pool and jacuzzi didnt work and sauna didnt work . I was looking forward to going swimming cause a week before we stayed the second time it was raining so we didnt get to swim and this time we didnt get to due to the heat being broken.

Positives: Good sized room . Clean room, nice large walk in shower. Breakfast included with cost of your room. Close to Starbucks, grocery store, anything you might need is very close by .

Positives: The location was great off the 101, and the beds were so comfortable! I had the best sleep of my entire road trip so far here. The heated pool and jacuzzi were a nice treat. The cleaning staff was impeccable!!

Negatives: Breakfast is AWFUL! Super unhealthy, very limited. Needs something like fresh OJ, more fresh fruits, plain yogurt or Greek yogurt. The sugar and high fatty options were so bad we just brought our own food from Trader Joes down the road.
