We were assigned room 228. The room directly above us, room 328, was also occupied. The noise of footsteps walking back and forth could be heard loudly throughout the stay. This pounding sound indicates the poor construction of the facility and the lack of good soundproofing between floors. It is because of this issue that the facility is rated as poor. It looks good, but getting sleep or rest is zero, with all the noise in the ceiling caused by poor construction.

Nice rooms. Breakfast has a decent assortment of items. The location is okay, not very walkable to restaurants, but there are plenty of places to drive to that are close by. Staying in Atascadero vs Paso Robles is always a little cheaper and saves us some time the morning of checkout to get out of town.
