No breakfast or hot water and staff refused to refund my money, they kept giving different excuses why they couldn't refund my money, I was told "they are not allowed to and if they did they would get fired..... AND THEY SAID only the manager can refund money and she was never there and never called me or went to my room"
Staff continually gave excuses why manager wasn't there and why maintenance wasn't around to fix hot water heater/boiler and they never fixed my broken refrigerator.
Numerous people were complaining about the same things and they gave the same excuses to 3 other people in 10 minutes.
I was told by different staff that boiler wasn't working and that's why no hot water, yet they continued to rent rooms without telling them that there was no working hot water for showers.
Lastly I was told I would receive a phone call from the manager named Amy but never did. I feel they are in violation of different city and State codes.
