Arrived at 10:30 PM, Front desk staff refused to let us check-in because my wife left her ID at home. Even though I present my ID and all necessary booking details,they just say it's their rule they can't let us checkin. When I requested to see where the written policy state this rule, the staff could not provide any info.
And We we're charged the FULL Amount for our reservation! What a terrible unprofessional experience!

I couldn't find the breakfast, which is why we booked here. But the staff was amazing and super helpful so I am still super happy we stayed here! Rooms were clean and beds were comfy after our long days at the track.

Couldn't find the breakfast. The day we checked out I saw a sign that said complimentary breakfast, so my fault for not double-checking with the front desk staff.

This hotel's parking lot in Bakersfield has probably NEVER been full but for us it was sold out. Thanks schmucks!
