I didn't like anything about this Red Roof Inn location As a matter of fact, they are representing Red Roof Corporations in a very negative way I am never going to stay at another Red Roof Inn anywhere in California and I would not recommend this location to anyone.

Very dirty, half roll toilet paper. Tv broken picture was fuzzy. No toilet paper holder. AC had lots of rust turned on smelled moldy. Refrigerator broken. Floors were laminate but dirt everywhere. Outlet in bathroom not working. No hair dryer. Bed was very thin and lumpy, as well as pillows.

It was roaches and roach bait out in plain sight. Sheets and bed spread was dirty from previous guest. No remote in the room. It was mildew and mold and we complained. They offered us roach spray but because we had an infant we we moved to another room. That cost less vut because i used booking.com they refused the extra money back. It was the worst experience i have ever had dealing with an room stay.

Let me see... NOTHING!!! THEY'RE DIRTY. THERES NO COMPLIMENTARY HYGIENE SUPPLIES. NO SOAP NO SHAMPOO/CONDITIONER NOTHING. MINI REFRIGERATOR BUT NO MICROWAVES IN THE ROOMS. ONLY MICROWAVE IS IN THE OFFICE.AND TO TOP IT ALL OFF THEY HAD ROACHES!!!MY FAMILY AND I BOOKED A WEEK STAY HERE AND IT WAS HORRIBLE. WHILE DRIVING UP WITH MY CHILDREN THERE WERE PROSTITUTES STAYING 2 DOORS DOWN FROM OUR ROOM. WOKE YOU TO TAKE MY SON TO THE BATHROOM AND SEEN A ROACH(HIS FIRST). WOKE UP AND SEEN 4 MORE. WENT TO GET A REFUND AND FIRST THEY TRIED TO GIVE US A DIFFERENT ROOM AND IM SORRY BUT ROACHES DONT WORK LIKE THAT.
