Having to pay for parking even though it is not a secure parking lot. Having to pay for parking even after advising I had a handicap placard which I don’t think is legal in California.

My card paid for another guests stay. Someone messed up at the front desk at my check in and I was charged $330 on my card. I already paid for my stay through booking.com and hopper so now I’m going through trying to get my money back

The room was very nice. The bed was comfortable. The shower was excellent. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

The breakfast was mediocre. The eggs were okay, sausage was overcooked. Potatoes were okay, a little dry. Since the place is pet friendly an area for the dogs outside would be helpful.

It was a pretty basic overnight stay. Front desk was friendly and welcoming. I think a couple of pre-packed cutleries in room would be helpful. Found out they keep them by the front desk. And the maintenance guy and his diligence in cleaning the grout space between the floor tiles was just commendable.

I had to pay for wi-fi?… that was unexpected. I appreciated the consent to pay for it. But it wasn’t any faster than a typical home WI-FI
