The room was clean and attractive. Price was reasonable. Location next to the Marina was excellent.
Negatives:
No free anything for breakfast. $40/day paid parking in an area that had a massive, mostly unused parking lot. Lack of screens on door facing courtyard made decreased chance for natural ventilation. Lack of private fence in patio made it impossible to let my dog walk there without a leash. Wasting space with 2 bottles of cheap water priced at $5 each was an insult.

I loved the flexibility. The view was perfect.
Negatives:
The room I was in even though it was an upgraded room seemed to have little things dirty and looking like they were broken for instance the shower head seemed loose so I wasn’t able to adjust it. Also one of the housekeepers were being very rude and on their phone instead of working

The restaurant food was good. The location is good

The reception staff, all of them, were pretty standoffish and unhelpful. Not welcoming at all.
The room was dark and cold - the heater (and I suppose aircon) was ridiculously loud.
The price of parking is outrageous. $35 per day. You cannot park anywhere else close overnight so they are free to gouge your wallet for parking.
$5 for the tiniest bottle of water in the room was shocking.
I arrived early at 2pm fresh off the plane. Check-in was not until 4pm so I did a pre check-in and sat around. At 4pm I was told my room was not ready. Charming.
