Positives:
The proximity to the UCB campus, the freeway, and usually the price. The hotel has free parking and used to have a better breakfast.
Negatives:
The "full breakfast" no longer includes scrambled eggs or sausage and the buffet was not replenished for the number of guests. Housekeeping removed our wet towels but did not replace them until asked, or ever make the bed and clean our bathroom.

Air condition was producing bad and suffocation smell. The windows are locked and hence not able to open. Over all a foul smell in the entire room and it is not suitable for human beings

Pet friendly hotel. Located in busy neighborhood near many businesses. Room was mostly clean, had fridge and microwave. Free breakfast. Breakfast was on par with 2-star hotel breakfasts.

The hallway smelled like marijuana. I'm 420 friendly but I understand it's not appropriate for hotels to smell like that. Staff was not nice at all.

Location. Very quiet for a busy street, thankfully. Easy, safe parking. Great staff. Easy access to freeway & good restaurants

NO, freezer compartment in refrigerator. I booked room with a bathtub & there was NO tub.

The common areas like the elevator were updated and felt clean. The front desk staff was great.

The was a really weird smell in the hallway right pursued my room I had to pass through to get to the elevator

The manger and workers were kind nice and helpful. But I had issues with the room rain and water was dripping from celling on my bed. All my sheets blankets and floor were wait from rain.

The leaking water from the roof on my bed, all blankets sheets and floor got wet. I need refund for the 2 night staying there. Sheets also were dirty and I asked to change.

There was always free coffee and water available in the lobby. Free parking was also included. It met our expectations, but certainly did not exceed them.

They did not have extra towels to distribute. The two they gave us were mismatched and thin. The staff was not especially friendly. Furniture in the lobby area was quite stained.

Staff is fantastic - friendly, helpful, accommodating, and always smiling. Wyndham is fortunate to have such dedicated and customer-focused employees.

No hot water the first day of my stay. At times, more cockroaches than guests at the complimentary breakfast - seriously, Wyndham, hire an exterminator.
