The employees were rude and strict and actually charged me for smoking when I know for a fact I never smoked in there room..
I didn't like the staff that was available unfortunately the manager was by far the rudest creature ive met thus far.

Staff was friendly and helpful! It was affordable, and in a good location for my weekend plans. I liked that it was in the same parking lot as a few restaurants too.
Negatives:
The room had a weird smell, I believe the smell was coming from the AC unit. The ice machine was also broken so I was unable to get any ice all weekend. The room was pretty clean except I did have to kill 2 small roaches in the bathroom. The shower was pretty stained, but I didn't use it so I wasn't too concerned.

It was dirty and felt very unsafe. It smelled horrible of dog poop (no one picks up the dog poop all around the facility) the rooms had beds that were all scratched up from cats or other pets.
Why animals are allowed in places like this is beyond me.
The rooms look nothing like the online photos.
We asked to switch rooms because it smelled so foul everyday but they didn’t allow us to.

I really didnt like that I have to leave a deposit for my dogs and that there was a limit of how many. It does not say and my dogs where small and quiet. I got charge at the end of my stay. It took 3 staff member to check the room just to get my deposit back. We left the room in excellent condition since I clean rooms for a living.
