Positives: We stayed here as we had an early departure from San Francisco airport. It is a little way from the airport but the free shuttle offered by the hotel means this is not an issue at all as it goes frequently to and from the airport and is very easy to catch. The staff were all very courteous and helpful, the room was great and we looked into the central atrium which was great. The blackout curtains were especially brilliant. Would stay here again without hesitation.

Positives: Gloria at the reception desk was phenomenal and displayed genuine kindness to all of the guests that she came into contact with upon my arrival. The shuttle was very prompt and timely both to and from the SFO provided great service.

Negatives: Room is very meh and dated but the location and proximity to the SFO airport is the most attractive reason to stay at this property.
