Our kiddo loved the pool and so did we (despite the plethora of dead bugs swimming with us). It was heated and a good temperature.
The hotel beds were comfortable and the rooms are nice.

Despite advertising a restaurant that serves all three meals on property, the restaurant was closed for breakfast and lunch the whole time we were there. The one dinner we did attempt to have at the hotel restaurant was almost inedible. Brussels sprouts so undercooked you couldn’t bite through them. Kids meal of “Kraft Mac and cheese” for ten dollars was literally some premade dried out boxed macaroni that even our four year old wouldn’t eat. Please save your money and eat elsewhere or get food delivered. Not to mention the service was slooowwwwww.

No hot tub… lots of disrespectful residents. We feel the hotel could have added efforts to soften doors from constantly slamming and cushioning floors above us.
Had poor experiences with residences above and around us due to screaming, doors slamming, and stomping. Wish there was a way to adjust some things to help aid those who were looking for a quieter experience.

The hotel was very clean and very comfortable
Negatives:
There was no hot water in the room. I let the front desk know, instead of changing the room right away, they said they will send someone in 10 mins, after 15 mins I went to front desk again and they sent someone. The maintenance only turned on the water and waited for 5 mins then said there is no hot water. They changed the room but this entire process cost us 45 mins and we didn't get anything else other than an apology.

Worst experience ever! I arrived at the hotel at 10 pm and the guy at the front desk Luke denied me a room saying they didn’t have a reservation for me even though I had received messages from the hotel confirming my reservation. The front desk guy Luke didn’t offer a solution. He just said he had a room at double the price and refused to contact Booking.
I contacted Booking and they confirmed the reservation. Later this guy told Booking that it was a problem with their system, what a joke! By that time it was 11:00 pm in a remote city. Thanks to Booking for helping me find another hotel.
I’D NEVER RETURN TO THIS HOTEL AGAIN! I HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!
