The hotel was dirty as soon as you walk the hall way trash everywhere the carpet was dirty and the room looked like if it was not vacuumed hairs in the restroom floor very disappointed about cleaning plus stained bed sheets that makes you think is dirty

Hallways and room had an odor toilet & shower vent were very dirty with visible dark stains. The kids pack and play had what appeared to be dried blood stains on the mesh. Although many no smoking signs were posted you could still smll cigarett

The room was dirty and my girlfriend said she saw a roach in the bathroom. I didnt even say anything, just checked out and left. Wouldnt stay here again.

I liked the location and that they allowed pets. It was a little cozy room, but just outdated.

There was no body soap, no tissue hardly for the bathrooms, no hot water for days at a time. I seen two roaches crawling on the wall and they had the audacity to raise the prices during the storm without notice. Some of the workers were rude.

The location is great, wonderful staff, clean rooms, accommodating special requests

The shower in our first room was only cold so they switched us, the next day there was no hot water for hours. This was a disappointment but the staff did try to accommodate.

Extremely unsanitary I booked a two night stay and ended up having to leave. I was bitten heavily by bed bugs . Welts over my face to ankles. My guest and I left on the middle of the night no longer could stand bodily harm went to urgent care.

The area was great. Right off the highway.

The AC was broken. The bed sheets were ripped and torn. The actual bed is partially slanted and making weird noises every time you moved.

It was the worst hotel Ive ever been in. Everything was disgusting about it smelt like cigarettes. The trashes were emptied, stains all over the bed and couches the whole entire hotel smell like nasty. I was only able to stay for an hour, and I had to leave.
