Negatives:
The front counter staff was very uncaring and rude. Had difficulty getting checked in - claimed we did not have a reservation. Showed them the Booking.Com reservation email and they said "it did not matter" to them since they do not contract with Booking. I called the Booking.com help line and they tried calling the hotel but no answer - help person left a voicemail, hotel did not call back. The Booking.Com rep also sent an email which the hotel denied receiving. I won;t be going back.

I enjoyed the breakfast, you had multiple choices eggs, meat, potatoes, waffles, bread, cereal etc.....the location is great close to the 91 & 405 freeway. The rooms were clean. They had security at night, plenty of parking and close to shopping.
