Concord Plaza Hotel

Negatives: Multiple spiders in room, air cond did not work, I asked for more coffee was told they didnt have any more,homeless outside bedroom window going through trash, people bbqing in parking near room and my car, very disappointed in stay.

Negatives: The room was nice enough. Spacious. But the furniture was a bit outdated and "well loved". The bathroom, unfortunately, is where my complaints are. The tub had an unpleasant and uninviting ring (it looked aged and rusty) around the drain. The toilet was a bit slow to flush, and the sink was ice cold unless it ran for several minutes. The shower had nice temperature and pressure, but the tub was incredibly slick as there were no texture tracts. This did cause me to fall and gain injury. To wrap it up, I'd still stay here again. Overall, it was more positive than negative and worth the price I paid.

Negatives: Location of my room was at end of hotel near meeting rooms by the maid cleaning area. Wish it was one of the rooms overlooking the garden.

Negatives: My Wife and I were in the pool at about 9 AM by ourselves and we attacked by rats. Rather large rats hotel staff did nothing. they got close enough to get into my wife’s leggings that she was wearing inside the pool. We had a fight to get them off and fight to keep us safe. The whole deal last more than 11 minutes. We sustained a few bites scratches once I was able to get hotel staff, on my cell phone because no one heard our cries for help, I notify them what happened and they sent maintenance. I scooped the rats out of the pool after trying to drown them, then maintenance, and I took them Outside where the maintenance guy proceeded to stomp them over the head until they were dead. He stated this is a common current due to the fact that sewer lines run under the airport next-door and as always, rats and snakes are always around and pool. I asked to speak to a manager after this and they didn’t wanna do anything for me and I mentioned that we have this on film and he gave us one free night which we never ever got comfort for. We never received a free night we never received our deposit back we never received compensation for the days we didn’t continue to stay there. As of now we’re owed over $450 from them and it’s been three weeks with nothing.

Negatives: The lady at check in is difficult to understand. She had some what of a Attitude when you ask her a question..

Negatives: There wasn't nothing I didn't like it was very nice for the price I paid.
